    well i've changed my thermal paste yesterday. when i disassembled my R1 i noticed this

    SLI cable above second GPU heatsink. is it safe for it? i mean - could it melt or smth?

    The SLI cable should NOT be glued to it, but it's totally ok for it to stay above the CPU/MCP HS.

    oh yes - its cpu/mcp heatsink. i was wrong
