I was selling out the parts In my M9750 that no longer work. I had two Geforce Go 7950's in SLI in it. Now I am hearing different stories about this so I figured I would ask the experts here.
The two cards are labeled. One is the Daughter and one is the Parent. From my understanding.. I thought you could use either card as your primary? I know You can't simply use one card in the secondary slot as your only and main. But you could use either card in your primary slot and it work fine?
Clarification please so I can sell these with the proper knowledge. I swear when it was working I had tried each card in the primary slot to make sure it wasn't the cards. ..... Any info?

Sorry to give you the bad news. As far as I know they are not interchengable.
I originally had just one 7950 GTX and then ordered another card for SLI. It was a nightmare trying to get A.W. to correct sending me the wrong card. The "parent" is the one furthest from the subwoofer. The parent can be used alone or in SLI with the daughter, but the daughter cannot be used as a single card.
