Ok I bought an m15x with these specs
    15.4" WideXGA+ 1440 x 900 LCD (720p)
    256MB NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT
1GB Dual Channel DDR2 SO-DIMM at 667MHz(lmao and yes I'm planning on upgrading to 4gb for the AW RAM is overpriced)
    120GB 7,200RPM (8MB Cache) w/ Free Fall Protection
I'm wondering if I can upgrade the Graphics card and the Processor
I'm also wondering how well I would be running CoD4 and WoW (FPS and Settings please) for those will be the games ill be playing most.

Yes you can upgrade both, but both will void your warranty. I don't understand why you would buy an m15x with an 8600m GT.

Upgrading the RAM and the Hard Drive will not void your warranty. But upgrading the processor and the GPU will

    I'd change the order now!

Get the 9800gt, seriously. There's no point voiding your warranty due to the gfx card + you'll be hard pushed to find a 9800gtM.

If you just ordered the m15x, you may call sales to change the order and upgrade it with the 9800M GT and the processor up to the 2 Extreme X9000 2.8GHz. As others stated, ram and hard drive can be easily upgraded at a later time. Keep in mind in order to receive full support/warranty on the system, upgrades must be purchased through Alienware. PM me if you have others questions.

    Thank you.
