    RCA cables to M15x?

    this may be a stupid question but how can i connect RCA cables to my m15x? or can i at all?

    i dont think you can since the m15x does not have a built in tv tuner

    Yeah, no way to input analog video. You can input via FireWire, but you'll need a convertor to get to RCA. As far as output, m15x only has HDMI. Again, to get to any form of Analog (VGA, RCA, etc..) will require some sore of convertor.

    you can input analog if you buy a converter pretty cheap just look for RCA to USB. Or also a USB tv tuner that has RCA inputs

    close but you would need regular USB that says mini

    ok ill keep looking. i think i found a few that would work but they r kinda expensive and more money than i wanna spent on cables

    well if that's a female mini-USB connector (hard to tell...) then you can just buy a regular USB cable and connect that to the adapter (all USB cables end in mini-USB connectors)

    that said, I don't know how there can be video output straight from USB. there would have to be some type of driver software involved.

    well he's not trying to output he is trying to input. Yes you are correct you would need driver to pull any video using an adapter.

    ah true, sorry bout that. but yeah, drivers are still needed. you can get the input to the computer, but whether or not it understands the input is a different thing.
