I turn on my system the other Night and One of the Raid drives show up with Error Occurred (0). Second time I had it on this laptop. Frist time it was my Secondary Hard disk. Now it my Primary Hard disk and Use the Alienware progams to scan the hard disk the Msg disk Block 355623616: Error Ran the test 2 times got the same Then scan other drive. I reinstalled windows on a single hard drive.

Now the question is From Shipping from Manufacture to the house. Give both Hard disk some damage. I dont think the small hole where the server tags was Did the damage.

I tried Calling Alienware for replacement part. There Severs are down for Mantance.

This funny. I called and ask for another hard drive. They ask if I needed Help installing. I told them No. I explain I already done it before.

The next day a tech calling the house to get directions to install the hard disk :wideeyed: Well I called Alienware again becuse windows cd was not working for the system I ask about the tech and he going just him drop off the hard drive. I was like ok.

It get worse. I called the tech and had him bring it in and he want to install the hard drive. But due to the Hard1 had Part between Hard drive and Motherboard and I already had that hard drive out. The guy could not know how to install it. I was let me see it and put it back togetther and show him how it was done. Let me add this one last Part He drove 100 Miles round trip.

Then the Windows CD They send the same type as the last one. So I have to redo the Raid. Then install windows. Then the Activation over the phone. The people who have the Alienware Windows CD are Very lucky.

Seriously, i think that the hassle of having Raid 0 does not worth it performance-wise. You get like 10% performance increase at best and 50% more chance of loosing all your data.
