I've had my eyes on the M15x since it's release, loving the design and horse power.

My problem, however, has been that's it's not a Mac. Not that I'm a die hard Apple fan - It's just that in my work I'm using the OSX software Final Cut Studio, and every now and then I work from home. Not needing to transport my work computer all the time is a deal breaker for me, which is why I've waited to see if Apple would release new hardware to meet both my work and gaming needs.

After the release of the new Imacs, it seems I would have to wait forever.

Until I read about Psystars Rebel EFI, which would enable the install of Snow Leopard on top of Windows 7 - and not breaking any law (at least not in the EU) since you would have to buy a legal copy of the OS.

My question is simple: Has anyone tried this? If it works with the new M15x, I would buy it instantly. You can download a free trial here:

(Please don't make this a "f*ck Apple and their hardware" or "hey, think of Steve Jobs - don't do it!" as there are many other threads on this subject.)
