    Refund for my alienware m15x

    Hello there,
    I am wondering if I may still get a refund on my alienware m15x, I have had it for about a year now, have had a few problems with it, especially with the temperature. More recently I have been playing games on it and it gets extremely hot, resulting in bad performance in games. I am feeling a PC would be better for me and wonder if I could get a refund on my product? Does anyone here know the procedure?

    You get 21 days from delivery to return it (In the US at least) and you have a year warranty past that. You'd need to probably Ebay it or something and buy a PC. You can also try some compressed air and clean out the fan/vents, if you've never done it it'll be pretty dirty and make it run quite a bit hotter.

    Your out of luck. You passed the 21 day return period meaning you will not get a refund.

    I just sold mine on Craigslist however and let me tell you, they are a challenge to sell. They're considered a discontinued product and people would rather have the M14X than the M15X. It took me three months to sell.
