    @zergslayer69

    I am the owner of an Alienware 17 r4 that started to have gpu stuttering issues about a month after purchase. I need a re-paste and re-pad as described in this 5 month old reddit post.

    https://www.reddit.com/r/Alienware/comments/5tqjyl/psa_to_those_who_still_need_a_repaste_service/

    I was wondering if you were still accepting requests. I'm in California right now and you are the closest Team LHz member to my location, and I wanted to make an inquiry on how much your services will cost. I messaged iunlock on reddit but he hasn't responded.

    Please respond asap, I won't be in the states for very long and wish to have my system fixed before I leave.

    Before you spend a lot of money shipping it around have you monitored temps and such? Would be bad to spend a few hundred on a perfectly done repaste/mods/etc and still have stuttering due to faulty GPU or temps or whatever the underlying issue may be. The repaste should serve as a way to further enhance your system, not as a fix to offset a problem.

    I'm not too knowledgeable on computer stuff, but using the nvidia cam thingy while in game, cpu temps are hitting around 80, but what concerns me is that the gpu usage will drop to 0% and the screen will freeze. I think its the same problem that alexnvidia described in his post on this forum. I'll look into it, but i think a repad is necessary...

    Edit: not nvidia cam, i think it was nzxt cam or something, i dont have access to my laptop rt now

    If this behavior happened out of the box before you started flashing stuff, you might want dell to fix it. They can send someone out to your house to fix if you don't want to wait a while to ship your system to the depot. Once everything is solid, that's when you go for the repaste.
