Dont know how reliable this data is, but it looks like AW has shaped up a bit from the beginning of the year if you go in and check here: http://www.resellerratings.com/seller_rating_history.pl?id=1650

Could also be that they hit a low rating in beginning cause of so few people rating that could have skewed the ratings...

Just to give all AW owners that havent had any problems some hope/relief!

The results are somewhat similar to the bar graphs n all produced from DJs m15x worldwide survey...

I'd like to urge everyone who has an Alienware to go to the reseller ratings site and review their experience with A.W. be it good bad or ugly. It's just another way to help prospective buyer's make an informed decision.

i was thinking that as well Yemo
32 completed questionaires so far for m15x and only 1 so far for m17x
i was going to wait until we got to 50 before updating any graphs.

Funny, all of the complaints seem to be in similar areas - overheating and customer service.

overheating and service have been problems with alienware for years it seems nothing new there. Generally though they've always done well I mean the worst I've seen them do on this site is a 7 thats still not to bad few companies do this well (voodoo has been quite high consistently)

    thanks for completing it omaryunus.
ill give the m17x about 2 months before we update anything as thats roughly how long it took for the m15x to start showing its true colours.
