So, I ordered an M17X on my birthday from Dell CANADA.

After a customer support nightmare, and my order being cancelled on me, they went ahead and re-ordered it even though I never told them to.

Now, they're telling me that to cancel the stupid thing I need to talk to my sales rep, who I've been trying to contact for several days and left multiple messages for.

Now, I'm afraid I'm going to get stuck with this thing, and don't know how long I have to return it if I can't get them to cancel it sometime before it ships.

Is there a restocking fee? Do I have 30 days for a full refund?

    Thanks in advance!

In Canada you have 30 days to return the product to Dell. Even though the site does mention a 15% restocking fee I have never had to pay this on any of the items I have returned to Dell over the years.

Think I read that you can refuse shipping and they can't charge a restocking fee. I'd confirm this with someone before trying it though.

I did this back in December (in the U.S.)

Due to their screw-ups, they sent me two m17x's. I refused one of them from Fedex and did not have to pay any fees.
