anyways i have a new computer i want to buy after i recieve my refund which is the HP HDX16T, what do you think?, if not anyone got suggestions?

the hdx16 is pretty weak due to its mid-range videocard.

The 9800GT = the 8800GTX. Sorry to kill your fun but the cards are pretty much the same.

That's crap that they wouldn't give you a refund. Isn't their policy to allow refunds if repairs aren't fixing your problems? You should have fought it.

you get the new one, will probably still have problems- you return that and you get your money back, all vendors are given a change to fix things, 3 strikes you're out
