    I think the question will be stupid but I will ask the same

    I just received my alienware and the screen is very beautiful but I just wonder if there is a way to know if it s really a RGB LED to know if dell didn t make any mistake

    Well, you wouldn't call the CCFL beautiful so you are safe ;)

    Run hwinfo32 and look at the panel model.

    in the display type it say rgb color so I assume it s ok thanks for your help :)
