    hello fella.

regarding to the title below, i am wondering if there is any setting that i missed? the current games that i play is Red Fraction 3 and COD MW2.

firstly i thought i had a problem with my driver but when i tested my laptop with RE5 Benchmark version, both of the temp of my GPU elevated, meaning that both of the GPU is used in benchmarking.

i am using CPUID HWMonitor and SpeedFan to see my GPU temp btw.

It's because your driver does not have latest SLI Profiles Updates for your latest games. For MW2 it's common issue.

You can force games to run in SLI by go to nVidia CP -> Manage 3D Settings -> Add -> Now browse to your game .exe. Make sure to check the list of setting below that to see if "SLI Performance mode" is enabled. For each game you may need to set it to different option, I don't know. But for MW2 and for most other games just leave it NVIDIA Recommend.

Do that and notice huge improvement in MW2 :)

Remember not all games support SLi at all.

Beyond that, after installing the 195.62 drivers on my machine I lost SLi entirely. I had it enabled, but only the master card heated up and my framerates in crysis sucked arse.

I had to uninstall my drivers, run driversweeper, reboot, and run the 195.62 installer from Nvidia again.

People should really start reading the stickies. Therein you can find a link to a certain SLI Guide. ;)

    For COD-MW2

Follow Gizmo's excellent guide and get enhancer installed

Set it to show all profiles

    Find the entry for COD-MW

Add the .exe files for MW2, browse for them in your steam/apps folder
