I noticed something on Dells website that caught my eye.

On their website they say Alienware M14x uses the I7 line with 2620m.

However on ordering it says they are the Q M line which are the quad cores. My question is, which is it? Is Dell playing fast and loose with the descriptions? Or when you order the 2620m, are you getting the dual core and not the quad core 2620qm?

Or is this just another one of Dell's many mistakes they have on their website? Now I know when you go to customize it, it says its the QM, I am also curious if people who got the Alienware M14x with the basic processor got the four core or dual core.

Yeah just caught that, it says 2630m, but they probably meant qm, long day ( Friday the 13th and all ) and bleary eyes and burnt out brain led to some confusion. Sorry about that.
