My laptops fan stopped working and im having a ton of trouble finding a replacement with or without the heat sink. The fan itself is Bi-sonic Model #: BP380805H. Any help would be great! Thanks

Hello, I too have a Sentia M3200. Please be sure that the fan is indeed not working. The fan an this model runs only when needed. To check, start and press the F2 key about every second as the computer boots. This will get you into the BIOS. If the fan is working here, the fan is fine. If the fan is not working, let me know and I will run you through the rebuilding procedure. You may email me at [email protected].

Is it still under warranty? I had a severe overheating problem with my m3200, but it turned out to be the motherboard itself that was the problem. As above, check the BIOS (please forgive me if you already have and I'm just telling you to do something you already have done). Also, have you run a temp monitor to see what your CPU is running to determine if it should be on?
Good luck. Parts are hard to find for this model. Have you tried contacting Uniwill?
