The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Why does it take a whole month just for a laptop. Since dell owns alienware i went to dells website and it was like 10 or less days. Can any one inform me. I also made a poll to see the shipping time :)

    From what i have heard, alot of the shipping time goes into getting new parts for the Computers/laptops.

    The rest comes down to luck, cross your fingers and hope to god you won't be sending it back as soon as it gets here.
    EDIT: I'm willing to bet most forum users that have bought m15x laptops are willing to wait an extra month or two for Alienware to make it near-perfect.
