Shipping question..

Its weird what is going on for me, for I ordered the laptop off of Costco in hopes that it would be before xmas and that there would be tracking numbers going out for me to know how everything is doing. I ordered the laptop 12/14/08, called them this friday 12/19/08 to see if everything is alright and that is there any problems with the order for it remained on the status, "In Process". They said everything looks fine, then I was humble to ask if I am going to receive the laptop before christmas and she said she highly doubted it. I then later went to look at the particular product on their page which had updated their shipping terms. It said 10-15 days I would receive my product, now it says 15-20 days. I do not exactly know what this means, I just want to know if I will be receiving the product in the time frame of 10-15 days and not the newly updated 15-20 days. Any thoughts people?

Are you 'tracking' from their site or FedX/UPS?
If it's just from their site I'd call them and see if you can speak with an upper level tech to get a definitive answer.
I shop Costco but have never ordered from them.

 

Well, the computer itself is available only online from their website, as I would rather buy it from the store itself, but for that being the case, I never bought anything online from Costco. I'll try and call them later today and see if I can get a good date as to when my laptop will be shipped.

 

Costco sells Alienware? Weird.

 

Surprisingly, yes. It was very good deal, 100 dollars off, and with free shipping as well as an orion backpack. I felt proud to buy it from here for this great price, just hoping that I get what I paid for as well as the shipping which I believe should be 10-15 days.
