    Hello,
I was browsing the web looking for some insight on this new toy i have. I got a d9t alienware laptop from a friend fresh out of college i said he used it for a few months then got over it so he put it away for years. Ive never had an alienware machine before and i only dreamed of it before. I have taken it down to screws and hardware. Cleaned everything and checked the connectors.. I plug it into the charger and i get two orange lights one goes green after a while (battery indicator i believe) but i push the power putton those same two lights go green then absolutly nothing.. No fans no imige nothing... Please if you have any advice or might know whats wrong with this laptop please let me know.. Thanks for reading

I currently am working on my 2 Alienware D9t's. 1 is mother board v5.2 and the second is a v5.3! The two orange light are for power! The first on the far left is main power (orange for plugged in then turns green when powered on! The middle led is battery orange for charging and turns green when fully charged! Third is for the wifi on and off! What charger do you have? It should requires a 20v 11A 4pin or 20v 9A depending on motherboard version see pics! The first thing I checked was the graphics card! one was dead and did not boot! do yo know the version of your motherboard? s-l1600 (5).jpg s-l1600 (6).jpg
