    Any ideas on what is causing this? I have Daemon Tools Lite loaded but aside from that I am completely lost on why this might be happening....

    I feel silly now, uninstalled Daemon tools (didnt even think of it till writing the above post) and that did it. Is gone now.

    Hope this helps anyone who reads lol

    LOOOL....It's ok....I have "three" optical drives on mine, thanks to Virtual Clone Drive; 1 real drive, and 2 virtual drives....

    You don't have to uninstall daemon tools. Just right click daemon tools and select no drives.
