    Skipping phase 4?

    I got my friend to check alienware order status for me and he said it was at phase 7.. He's wrong.

    I checked 5 minutes ago and its at phase 5 and i got an email saying that my laptop is in production.
    So is it possible to skip phase 4 completely and go straight into phase 5?
    Maybe im just lucky?

    Why make a post about this?

    Honestly just wait it out, I doubt everyone hear wants to hear every time you bump up a new phase.

    Just dont bother about it mate...I jumped to phase 4 from 1 directly, now im in 3 ...they making me go through all the phases since i skipped a couple ;)
    Call them up directly and speak to them, its the best you can do to save yourself from stress

    in case you don't know, AW sometimes push phases backward.

    You could use the thread "Uk order". Anyway.. it's normal. Don't worry... I jumped like 8 phases, then jumped back then on again... Don't pay too much attention.
