    Sorry guys, I'll bet this has been asked before but I can't search since the function is disabled. Now that I already have my laptop, how do I get any smart bay parts from Alienware? Also, I'm currently in Asia so I'll have to order from alienware.co.uk, and I can't seem to find the option.

    I think you have to call them and specially order it. Call thier sales staff and they can put the order through for you.
