Yep, just randomly the key "C" on my keyboard doesn't work. Sometimes if I press it hard enough it will Continue make a bunCh of them, although I am tired of having to Copy and paste the letter C everytime I want to type that letter. Is there a way I Can fix this, or is it time to Call up support and have them fix this problem?
Thanks for any adviCe.

I think you definetely need a new keyboard. Contact AW. Or you could try to reseat the keyboard cable, although I doubt it'd work.

Also, is there a number that is best to call, I have looked around and am somewhat confused when it comes to exactly which number to call.
Thanks again guys! -
yeah they will cover all ocsts as long as you send back the bad keyboard. Not sure if the Roswell number is still around. But I recentlly had to change mine and the CS was was pretty good and quick
-
just tell them you need a new keyboard
they will overnight it -
whenever i reboot my (defective and about to be replaced tomorrow
) computer, my keyboard acts strange and is very laggy and half my keys don't work until i put the computer to sleep and wake it back up. see if that provides any temp fix until the new keyboard arrives

Ah, I see, so I don't send them my alienware, they just overnight my keyboard, neat, that sounds a lot easier
Thanks guys -
And I am guessing this is covered under the standard 1 year hardware warranty?
-
yea and they will overnight a new part

Well, when I removed and replaced the keyboard I had similar problem with my left shift key. Even though the cable looked fine I unplugged and re-plugged taking extra care. Problem was solved.
I unplugged and re-plugged 20 times my keyboard before and after that, only once for some reason one key was not working.
I am not sure this is your problem, but it takes 5mn to check... -

Did no one else think of Knight Rider when they read the title?
Just me? I'll get my coat...
So my "C" button stopped working...
