Hi guys, I've own the M17x for about two weeks now and I finally solved all the issues I've had with it (alienfx lights not working/wireless problem/latency issue/etc)

Now I have a couple of questions about the laptop which I hope can improve the performance even more:

    1. I began overclocking the GTX 260m using Nvidia Performance and noticed good gains when I run 600/1500/950, I am wondering since the clocks are higher than a GTX 280m, does it mean the performance I'm getting is better than a 280m, even though it has less pipelines?

    2. I have a single GTX 260m in my M17x, is it possible to make use of the 9400m in games too? For example, GTX 260m handle the graphics and 9400m handle physics? If the 9400m can be used alongside the GTX 260m to render games that will be amazing.

    3. I am looking on ebay at a Q9200 ES sold by shirley in the UK, he says the Q9200 is not supported by the M17x however I've done searches in this forum and read some users were able to install a Q9200 2.4ghz into their M17x, so is it compatible or not? And if I want to upgrade from a P8600, which quad core should I get?

    Q9000 - $250
    Q9100 - $275
    Q9200 - ~$300 (but dunno about compatibility)

or get something else? I don't care about extreme series because the unlocked multiplier doesn't matter to me, but I do want to overclock somewhere in the 2.8-3.0ghz range if possible.

P.S If I take out the P8600 cpu, does anyone know if I can put that into my Dell Vostro 1310 myself without too much trouble? It's running a core 2 duo 1.8ghz right now so if I can upgrade to quad core I want to put that into my 13" laptop, if not I don't know what to do with a mobile processor just sitting there.

    Thanks a lot in advance!
