    So i want to get the m17x, And i was wondering what's worth it and what's not.

    Is it best to get the Intel® Core™2 Duo T9800 2.93GHz (6MB Cache, 1066MHz FSB) for a bit more. Or get the Intel® Core™2 Quad Q9000 2.0GHz (6MB Cache, 1066MHz FSB)?


    Is it worth getting the 1920x1200 over the 1440x900? for 180 bucks?



    Is it worth getting the dual gtx 280slis over the dual gtx260slis for 400 bucks? i heard it only makes like a 1 fps difference on games like crysis and stuff.

    Im a hardcore gamer thats on a budget, and not the most logical on comp stuff, thanks guys!

    I would say the screen is the only thing you should really upgrade.

    SLI 260's do a great job, 280's give you around 10-15% better preformance.

    Stick with the stock CPU and upgrade it yourself if you want to later, the Dell upgrade price will get you a much better CPU from ebay.

    15 % better performance? that would be like 5 fps thats pretty big deal lol.


    And i want the cpu from there beacuse i can only use the credit im using now once. So i want to know out of the 2 there i listed which is better for internet speeds and gaming speeds?
