    Hello!

I have had the Alienware TactX mouse for about 1-2 months now, and its been awesome! But when I plugged it in today I have a strange issue; cursor is VERY laggy, to the point where it's unusable, and left/right click doesn't work. Also, the AlienFX does not light up on the device, however it is recognized in my M11x's command center. I have also tried plugging it into my other netbook, and it had the same results.

Any ideas? Also, if I do have to get another one, would I be able to get this replaced from Dell?

    Thank you!

Try it on another PC that will give you and indication if it's hardware or software related, sounds like something either in the drivers, or Windows 7, is amiss I've never had an issue with mine on the M17x r1, final suggestion would be turn off the Touchpad if it isn't and see if that changes anything.
