    Tactx headset+mouse that came with M15X broke today...

    So I bought the M15X in December and that was when it was coming with a free mouse and headset. Well just yesterday the mouse broke, it was expected cus it randomly cut in/ out the days before, and then today the headset just randomly it broke. Everything sounds all distorted, or like theres no bass. So I know the laptop has a 1 year warranty, but what about the free mouse/headset...


    For 70$ or so each, I woulda thought they would last longer. :/

    I know the mouse is just a re-skinned Logitech G9/G9x, so you may be able to get a replacement for free or very cheap depending on what Alienware/Dells deal with Logitech was. Hopefully they contract out to Logitech for the warranty, because if that's the case they'll probably have you taken care of pretty well. If not, I've got no idea.

    If you bought the mouse + headset with your computer, then they should follow the same 1 year warranty as your laptop. If you bought them separately, then they should have a 90-day warranty on them.

    So if it came free with the laptop as part of the special offer going on it should have a 1 year warranty and they will replace them?
