I used M15x like a little over a year ago... And the tech support was 24/7 back then...

I just got a new system and it appears that the Alienware support is NO LONGER 24/7???!!!!!

Can anyone please please confirm this?????

    This is ridiculous!!!!

It looks that way. Looks like they cut the 3rd shift out. 6am-midnight Central. While I do not have the need to call after midnight but some may find this not convenient.

Yes.. And that website is even wrong...

I had a chance for a very quick all and they said it is 7 am to 11pm...

WHAT IS THIS?!!! I thought it was a high end system but apparently inspirons get better support.... although he did say that i can call xps department to get help when AW is closed so essentially it is 24/7... yaeh looking like budget cuts

I think the majority of Dell Enterprise and Alienware Support all moved to Costa Rica now.

My guess is that the buses doesn't run late at night wherever the call center is, hence, no 3rd shift :|
