The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. The video card on one of my m5550's started artifacting a few days ago. Called AW Tech Support and they walked me through re-seating the card. Still had artifacts. So I sent it back to the mother ship and it was back in action in *7* days - runs like a new one!

Yeah, thats some good support there for sure.

    Glad its working for you.

By the way, I believe Nvidia gives them money for every faulty GPU because they do that for Dell and Dell owns Alienware so I bet they were begging to get their hands on your faulty card.
