I talked to an AW tech support a week ago (story of my life), and he admitted they would be releasing a 15in soon, he told me that he's only recieved a little info on it, but it was 100%.

I'm thinking the 3 heads are a new desktop, because if you look at their desktop line up, you'll see it is lacking.

Second, is a 15in for sure.

And third will be the 12in.

This is just based on my assumptions though.

If they release a 15", it has to be i7, because it would be stupid releasing anything else at the same time as all the other i7 laptops come out.

And if they release a 15" i7, they would/should upgrade the 17" to i7 also, because that's supposed to be the flagship, 'most powerful' model.

So my bet is a desktop, a 15" i7, and a slightly revamped M17X.

 

Also... if you count the letters in "THEY'RE COMING" it is exactly 12 letters.

Handshake posted a link to a blog earlier here. The post is from June and they have the same eyes. Probably done by accident...or thinking way ahead.

 

If you look closely at the center green one, it's red iris resemble a skull somewhat. The left(our left) iris stretched slightly. Prolly no significance but i like adding to the mind games

This things take a long time to develop.

I am sure that AW had i7 prototypes back in June.

They didn't wait until last month to decide on specs, ya know?

 

Im looking at that blog Mandrake, and all I can this is... That's a pretty small box, 12 inches small, and he said there was a laptop inside of it.

Also, He posted that in jun, only a month later did AW release a survey about 12 in laptops.

Like Sleey0 said, and I agree, I'm sure they were working on 12in and i7 long before these Alien Head images even surfaced.

I wouldn't think so Quad, They never did upgrade the processors in the m15x to the P series, but who knows.

Well if you have been patient this long i dont think a few more weeks will kill you . I still find it abit strange though and maybe others do not that the new M15x(or what ever it may be) will have the i7 tech and the M17x which is also basically a brand new machine using the old tech. Just seems like it might really put a damper on the M17x sales regardless of SLI . When people see i7 in a mobile gaming platform i think they would flock to that much quicker myself.

I hear ya man . I love my i7 desktop to pieces Cant wait for Sept22 and those new ATI cards as i already have my other cards sold so im gonna snag one or 2 of those monsters. ( speaking about the Desktop 5870s)
