Hey guys, I'm thinking about buying the M15X or the M17X can you give me some insight on how powerful the graphics really is on this machine
like the M17x would have dual 8600gt's standard how would that do to a single 8700gt in the M15x, and how would it do to the 8800GTXM

Can I get some pictures of all of the m15'x you guys have m17's and even m9750's

There's a sweet deal on the M9750 right now from Alienware for game season so I may go with that, I know the M15x doesn't do 1080P standard so.

For you I think the M9750 might good. But doing your research and what games you play the M15X or M17X might be a better choice.

It all depends on what you do.

I read the review on this website of the m15X and it looked GREAT! he was using the 1920x1200 wideuxga screen though, why don't they offer clear view on that one? I really wanted the 1080+ plus res.

Also I think the Ripley design is better then the new skull cap? what do you guys think?

If you want an out and out gaming machine or require something that needs a beefy graphics card, I would go for the 8800M GTX as it's the best mobile card money can buy at the moment. It should last a few years and it blows the other two clear out of the water.

I'm sure somebody here will correct me if i'm wrong but the 8700 wasn't that big a jump up from the 8600 so there's not a great increase in performance here.

Nah ur right the 8700m GT is just an overclocked 8600M GT you can see from the 3dmark scores, its really worth the upgrade unless u can get it really cheap
