Well i was doing my monthly cleaning of the fans and just generally looking at things when i noticed it a small crack on the right side looking at the screen, left side if ur looking at the back with the lid closed now i hoped and prayed to the laptop gods that this wouldn't happen but i did notice while examining it, that the crack widens when the lid is being closed and compresses when opening, luckily it has not started to separate at the front and rear bezel whats the average repair time for this issue and how much did any one with this issue have to pay for shipping, let the fun begin.

I sent mine out on 12/9 and i got it back 12/23. Took 3 days each trip to get to them so they were able to fix mine in a week. If you live in the U.S the shipping is free. If you live in Europe you have to pay i think. The repair job for mine is pretty good. No more creaking anymore so im hoping i will never have to see this problem again.
