Basically I think my slave 3870 card is malfunctioning and while I'm about to try a fresh OS install and reseating it, I have my doubts.
If I DO have to go through AW Europe, anyone got any tips on how to get it done quickly and without hassle? (Note that this is the OLD AW support I need for my M17, Dell support don't handle it)

As long as you have a warranty, you should not have a problem. If they have the part on backorder for more than a month, you should demand a replacement laptop of similar power, or a better one. At least thats what an Alienware rep told me.

Oh well, I have other computers I can use I guess. (Thank goodness I have Xbox Live too or I'd be bored sick for a month if it takes that long)
I'm still going to see what the outcome with support is tomorrow. Not going to bother tonight, just got back from a flight from Dubai...
