    how long did it take for the entire process of having your m17x replaced? i requested a replacement at the beginning of last week and i am being told that it will still be over a week until i receive my machine. is this normal? I figured if my order was being expedited that it would take about 10 days

    When they finally placed the order, it took 13 days to get to my door.

    how long did it take from the time that you called to replace it from them to do that? i need my m17x for classes on next monday and i'm really worried about it getting to me on time.

    i wish the technician had never come to try to replace the motherboard on the one i have right now; now the screen won't even turn on.. maybe it's a loose connection? i just wish i had a functioning computer to take to college

    I called to get the tech to come, and that took like 1.5ish weeks, then the tech called and I said I was just going to return the system, then probably another couple days to get the exchanged proccesed..so about a month from the time the laptop was broken, to actually receiving it.

    It took me about a month to recieve mine. But that was when it was within the first month it was out. So stuff might've been on backorder.
