This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Today's Microsoft updates for Win7 64-bit knocked out my video drivers!

    I had to reinstall NVidia drivers after I applied the latest Windows Updates for Win7 64-bit... :eek: checked the list and many of them are security updates. :confused:

    You will have to re-tune your colors and little settings through the NVidia Control Panel.

    Watch out for those "Optional" updates, that's where the driver updates from microsoft usually end up getting installed. I usually don't install most of the "Optional" updates.
