I have had my m15x for awhile now and I haven't had any problems with it until now. All of a sudden all of the touch controls stopped responding is there a fix to this or anything I should try to fix this issue?
    Thank you!

uninstall it from the "programs" list in your control panel, and then download and install the new version from MyHive on Alienware's homepage.

    Just before you reinstall anything...

    a. Shut down the machine completely
    b. Remove all power source, battery and AC power
    c. Keep the power button pressed for 15-25 seconds while there is no power source to squeez out any power left
    d. Put the AC power back in, do not plug in the battery yet and turn the system on

This has always worked for me for all these problems.

    - Touch controls not working
    - No Lights
    - Stuck with Integrated Graphics
