    Touchpad Not Working

    My touchpad is working but it wont let me doubleclick by tapping twice... I updated the command center so im thinking this is the problem...

    Shaknbake, I'm sorry but if you're here to complain from every single issue you get and post a new thread each and every time blaming Alienware for it, frankly, I seriously think you should just buy a different notebook. I really need to feed you to those Sager fanatics.

    Anyway, have you tried checking to see if you have tapping enabled? (See attachment.)

    ..and if it is, have you tried reverting back to the older version of the Alienware Command Center? I have uploaded it just in case you decide to go back to the older version.

    Next time, try and keep your questions in the related thread. If you think it was the new Alienware Command Center update that had caused it, perhaps you should have posted this question in the Alienware Command Center update thread.

    Does anyone have a link to the latest touchpad drivers ? The only ones I could find were older than the ones I have and the ones I have are not the latest ones as far as I know : Synaptics pointing device v 10.1.8 06Dec07

    Direct link please if possible, I cant find it in my hive (UK) or in the software dloads section.
