    Trouble With M17x Please Help

    Hey i started mt comp n learned i was missing the consumer ir driver and
    Kept prevventing my windows from booting . I then went to alien respawn n did
    Afull comp restore . My comp shut off n now its i guess frozen . Battery is
    Not dead . I tthen pushd power button n the led lights come on n nothin else
    Cd drive dont turn on either and the only way to turn it off is take battery out
    I then took it out then plugged in the power cord with no battery and everything
    lit up but comp itself didnt turn on Just led lights what do i doooooooo

    1) unplug the power cord, remove the battery, PRESS AND HOLD th power button for 30sec. Plug the cord (don't put battery back yet) power the machine, see if it helps. Then turn it off, put the battery back and turn it on again.

    If nothing happens
    2) remove the battery, and remove the BIOS battery (you have to use some user guides or video guides from this forum). Then place the batteries back and power on.

    if it doesn't help
    3) call Dell, they will replace the motherboard(probably)
