    Hey there all!!

I've just bought a 8GB Sandisk microSDHC Card that can be used for ReadyBoost. Now seen as though I'm going to be using the mircoSDHC for only ReadyBoost via the card reader which from what I've read I can use 4GBs of it for ReadyBoost...

Is it worth me then to pay only £18 for a 1GB Turbo Memory Card, If I've got 4GBs of ReadyBoost available?

    Thanks :)

How much system memory do you have? If it's the laptop in your signature in question, people have not noticed any improvements on systems with 4GB of memory with turbo memory. Stick with just the readyboost.

Turbomemory adds 387MB of non-volatile Hard Drive Cache and 512MB of ReadyBoost. I would get TurboMemory just to make your HDD into virtually a hybrid HDD-- there is a small performance and battery improvement-- and then use another device for readyboost if you get really picky.

Is it worth it? IMO no. I'd rather buy a new DVD than get that TurboMemory card.

Ready boost could smoothen your gameplay experience, but you wont see the FPS rise, so. there is an improvement? YES, in all games? NO, just the games that go to the HDD too much
