    So finally its phase 9 but i didn't receive an email from Alienware with a tracking number for DHL or anything. How do you get it?

    firstly if you are going by the phase page DONT! it will leave you in tears. AW have even admitted its totally kocked up.
    if you went to phase 9 yesterday then give it until 4pm today and then get on the phone.

    It took me a about 2 days before i got my tracking number, but I am in Canada so not sure if that means anything to you.
