    Hi, Peeps!

Just Been Wondering What Benches You Get In UT3 1920x1200 All High No Vsync With The Alenware Laptop With 8800 GTX (Sry Forgot Name 2 Lazy 2 Look It Up :)) If You Have 2.8 Core2Due Extreme?

Coz They Post Benches Like 60 Fps But They Didn't Write If It Was During Combat With Alot Of Vehicles Or Just Walking Buy?

I Need To Know What It's Like When You Have Online Play With Like 10 Vehicles Running And Everyone Starts Shootgin Etc..

    Thanx!

cant answer your question as I don't have the same setup but I have the 1400 by 900 screen and 2.5ghz penryn and i get nothing under 30FPS and usually about 50-60fps. That is online play on the more demanding maps like sanctuary (if that is even the name i forget).

So When You Say Nothing Under 30 Fps It Means That You Get 30 Fps During Inense Battle And 50 During Medium Battle And 60 Just Walking Arround on 1400x900?

I Can See This Laptop Won't Give Me The Performance I Need. I Doubt Extra0.3GHz Gonna Make Much Difference Coz We Increase The Res To 1920x1200. I Was Looking For Computer That Can Have 60 Fps During The Most Intensive Battle. So When You Just Walk Arround It Should Be Arround 100 Or So On 1920x1200.

Is There SLI Laptop That Can Do That Or I Should Just Buy An O/C Desktop With 2 Or 3 - Way SLI + Week Laptop (For Mobility)Setup?

Warloque: A more powerful option will be the M1730 of Dell which offers the 8800M in SLI OR you can wait for the M17X which would most likely have the SLI as well and maybe even the new Montevina chips. UT is also very CPU intensive so any increase in ghz will help you get more FPS.

Ofcourse if you want to game SERIOUSLY you need a desktop. For me i have a desktop for gaming, and then I ordered an M15X for mobile gaming since for mobile gaming i wont care too much about eyecandy at lan events.

I can run UT around 70-100FPS constant, my desktop hardly breaks a sweat.
