    not being biased and getting straight to the point AW in the uk/ireland are........

    :eek: total pants :eek: (except for sean who was excellent and very helpful and is a great asset for AW) the rest of them, total pants.

    I found it to be ok, my laptop arrived with a faulty right speaker and they arranged for it to be picked up the next day. I got it back within two weeks. Customer services were fine, its the people who build or test the systems I have problems with. Still 7 months on, no further issues. (fingers firmly crossed)
