255 CELCIUS DERGEE!!!![]()
![]()
I can bake a pizza with my M17x.
Windows 7 64-bit, BIOS A03, Zalman NC2000 underneath and 1 hour playing Crysis! Q9000 @ 2.4GHz.
I've also never ever ever ever ever ever seen 96C nor 85C on my GTX 260 before. The max temp I got on my system before was somewhere 75C I think.
I have just clean the dust and am gonna play Crysis again to see what will happen!
But I think it showed wrong number right? No way it can be 255C. That's just ridiculous![]()

Has to be a miss read 150C would cook it and make the board black.
-
I don't think that is possible with out you noticing.
That is FUNNY. -

I don't know if A03 has anything to do with this

Your 260 is a bit too hot as well.

If the new bios is going to cause my M17x to burst into flames at random like this then im uninstalling it...
-
that would melt the pcb ....

Are you cooling your laptop with jet fuel?
-
Yea and this is the same program that reports my desktop's PSU temp at -18c, and all my voltages at 18.3v.
Try GPU-Z, it's much much more accurate (most of the time) -

LOL I ran Crysis for an hour again and this time everything is perfectly normal. Once again I'm amazed with M17x cooling system:
The old one must misread my system
Thank you guys -

Now I don't think the second result is reliable either. Gonna check it with GPU-Z.
Thanks
Unbelievable ridiculous 9400M temp!!!
