This most recent windows update is very buggy and cause the following issues for me.
1. My Razer Orochi Mouse would constantly reset (lose connection then reconnect, also bluetooth would not recognize it either when used wireless)
2. Device manager would constantly refresh every few seconds
3. Internet explorer would not save "custom homepage", but rather save as a "blank homepage"
4. Internet explorer would hang/freeze for about 15 seconds before unfreezing.
After uninstall all issues are gone![]()
If anyone else is experiencing this issue or other related to the update listed please add to it, thanks

Really? I installed that update a few days ago and I haven't had any issues like what you've experienced. Given, I don't have a Razer mouse, and I use Firefox not IE, but no issues with device manager or anything else. I will keep my eyes peeled to any abnormalities.

This might not be the direct cause but a good possible source of it, i will update or change if i find it not to be the true source, but as of right now it seemed to have caused 3 of the 4 issues (mouse could be another issue). I'll monitor and see if symptoms return.

Thanks for sharing mike, it's always good to know about buggy updates

Back when I was running AMD 7970M CF there were several Windows Updates that totally hosed my OS. Those update were related to .NET Framework and C++. I ended up needing to reinstall Windows because uninstalling the update(s) and using System Restore was not enough to undo the damage.

Hmm maybe this is why my ! and @ symbols don't work on my laptop keyboard external keyboard and on screen keyboard.
Thanks I'll check when I get home

The only thing still acting screwy is my dang mouse, in USB, but not wireless... I did everything i can think of with hardware and drivers, just reinstalled Razer drivers and set to default settings, fingers crossed, hoping the default reset works.

I had to stop windows from being able to turn off the bluetooth to save power in device manager when I had problems maintaining a connection with my orochi.
