    Like many people here I am still waiting for my R2 (next week - please GOD) and I made the mistake of ordering Win7 Home edition when I need Win7 Professional so I can use it in work. Instead of cancelling and reordering (mainly because of the shambles Dell have made of peoples orders) I left the order as it was. So I have a copy of Win7 Professional and if possible I would like someone to advise me regarding the upgrade. Is there a specific way to do it so I dont lose;

    a) all my drivers
    b) the Alienware software i.e. the thing that controls the lighting etc. I think its called Command Center?!

    Theres R E P available for whoever helps :D

    PS
    I have Windows 64bit
