So in an effort to try and fix the sync between my iPhone 3GS and my M15x, I have hopped back and forth between countless versions of itunes and still no dice. I see there is a new version of the AO2 BIOS. I burned the iso to a disc and ran it but when it came to the screen asking me if I wanted to flash the BIOS (with a y/n statement) , typing "y" and hitting enter does not work. I searched all over the forums for a fix but am stumped, any advice?

PS - Mods plz sticky important threads that solve issues like this as I cannot stress how many times I see excellent support threads but they are never seen again!

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Arcade16,

Just an FYI, my M15x as shipped had no issues with iPhone/iPod Touch syncing. However, after the A03 SNAFU, they repalced the motherboard, and I all of a sudden did have the syncing issue. That error (along with the Alienware diagnostics hanging and almost 3 weeks of phone calls) prompted them to replace my motherboard again. This third motherboard works fine, and I once again have no problems with syncing. In case it helps, when I couldn't sync with the replaced motherboard, it was only with the USB ports on the right-side that it failed. If I used the lone left side port, it would sync most of the time.

    Good luck!
