    Hello,

    I ordered my M17x before the June 26 date and I guess Dell wants to be funny and so they decided to send me an Upgrade to Windows 7 form AFTER I had bought the Student Promotion...

    I remember asking my rep about it back then and she assured me I didn't qualify. Yup, funny.

    Anyway,
    1) How does this work? I fill out the form and then I receive a DVD or what?
    2) Is this specific for my Alienware or is it just a typical Upgrade DVD?
    3) How long does it take to get delivered to my home?

    I'm wondering if I could pass it on to someone else in my house.

    A W7 upgrade coupon means an upgrade DVD which you can never do a clean install from it right?
    My system will be delivered on Wed. Can I get my W7 upgrade DVD now?

    Moo how did you clean install with the DVD? Did you pick Custom and then went from there, or can you boot from the DVD? (Or maybe extracted the contents and made it a Full Version USB?)
