    Urgent Need part number for second caddy on M17x

    The Second Caddy Kit TRDD2

    is only being sent out with Interposer, I was sent 2 kits the same only one Interposer in each box and Marineengineer Uk has same happen today.

    Have spoken to Getronics and they have checked warehouse and all there stock only has Interposer!!!

    I thought the TRDD2 Kit had

    Three parts:
    1. Tray
    2. Interposer
    3. Four Screws

    The box is labled TRDD2 part number 57329408.


    Getronics "Dell Agent for spares UK" and they will send me tray and screws but i need to give them partnumbers

    if any body knows them i would apreciate it, seems someone has made a mistake picking out the TRDD2 kits for UK. DOH

    Shameless Bump,

    Have now been sent 4 interposers and no caddy or screws!!

    desprete to get resolved does anybody have a part number for a second caddy/tray for the M17x?

    seems dell are sending out the TRDD2 kits with only the interposer in!!!
