Hey guys I downlaoded Rivatuner to check the temp on my gpu to compare it to the issues of the M15x with the x30 bios. I downloaded it and I don't know how to launch the feature that will show you everything in a graph + temp stats. Can someone help me figure out how to use it?

    downloaded version 2.08

When the form opens make sure the Main tab is selected. There is a Dialog box and drop-down selector box near the top that gives the video card info. To the right end of the dialog box is a Customize button. Click that. This brings up fivek buttons - click the fifth one with the magnifying glass. That brings up the
graphs. You will then need to setup the graphs you want to display during logging using the Setup button at the bottom.

ok big problem here for me I ran Riva tuner on my 1530 the core clock domain, core clock shader and memory mhz section of the graph is not a straight line.. it freaquently is going up and down up and down and looks something like this:

    ....__...__...
    __| |__| |__

(Dont mind the drawing, I tried my best, but it looks

blocky like that, squares, goes up and odwn)

Now from what I am seeing, this is not a good thing right? Is it downclocking? Temp on the gpu is just fine...

Also when I first start riva tuner, it says "unsupported driver deteccted" could this be why it might be giving me these results?

    Please let me know thanks

Wow I never thought the m1530 would even downclock. I think I am going to run some tests on the XPS m1730 this weekend.
