Do we have any good tutorial to set this up ?

Gaming wise, this would be a nice mod for the m17x ...

    and ...

How do you enable the damn second video card after a fresh win7 install and ATI's notebook 9.9 drivers ?

    Thanks !

Either you gonna use the onboard or the ATIs. You can't use both at the same time. You need exclusively Nvidia cards to support the hybrid sli. If I remember well, the 9400m does not support PhysX.

To properly install the ATI drivers, first install the drivers from Dell and on top of them the modded drivers. There is a step by step installation in this forum about this.

    Arrrghg,

It's strange, cause it says that the GeForce 9400m should support PhysX :

    http://www.overclock.net/nvidia/589202-faq-physx.html

Alot of people are using their onboard or extra nvidia card has an extra physX hardware support :

    http://www.ngohq.com/graphic-cards/16223-nvidia-disables-physx-when-ati-card-is-present-30.html

I'm pretty sure there is something we could work out ...

the 9400m G is a discrete card....our 9400m is an IGP....they were not trying to save money, a 9400m G would have had to take the place of one of the GTX 260m/280m cards.....
