Better check Clevo models. Alienware today is a shadow of their past greatness

I got in touch with them but they only offered £100, not even 10%, surely they can do better than that? I'm also trying to get my sister to use a 15% discount code. but they are taking ages in the reply.
I cant vouch for what alienware was in the past despite what anyone wants to say negative about it. should I commit, it be my 1st one, I can only base my opinion on the device from there.
but thanks for your input nevertheless.

I strongly advise you to research abotu the laptops you want and try them out if possible irl. I like the current Alienware laptops. Using them very intensively (50+ hours a week).

But there is a crowd in these subforums constantly complaining about laptops they currently do not even own. This is why advise you to check it for yourself.

yeah I hear that, but to know if something is good or bad we need to test it some way or another. even if you have to buy it. I haven't made an expensive laptop purchase and regretted later...not yet anyway :p
I think alienware holds a value premium so If I didn't like it in the end or saw something else after I just sell it and get most my cash back which AW has going for it when its current
